What is our cleaning guarantee?
We care about our house cleaning service. We're not satisfied if you're not. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something was missed, and you are not satisfied with your house cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will come back out at our expense to correct the problem.
Do you have references?
Yes, we do! We have testimonials on our website and we can provide customer references if needed.
What kind of services do you provide?
We have services listed on our services page. We do standard cleanings as well as spring cleaning type jobs. We do move out and move in cleanings. You can easily customize your cleaning needs with us. We've cleaned 5000 square houses down to just bathrooms in another home. Our latest endeavor was cleaning a 42foot boat!
Do we provide our own supplies?
We provide all of our own cleaning products and supplies. If you have a special cleaning need ie, marble floor or specific cleanser that you like, we ask that you have some of your own that you keep in your residence that we can use when we clean.
How do I make a payment?
Payment can be made with cash or check. Payment is normally due on the day of cleaning but we have accepted monthly payments with established customers.
Who will be cleaning my home?
Dave and I are a cleaning team. For the majority of the time the both of us will come to clean your home. The only time we work alone is if it's a smaller home/job or if there's a family emergency.
